Initial Conditions
- The original technology was delivered by ENVITES in 1998.
- After a quarter-century of operation, the tank remained fully functional, but the concrete structure and the original lamella system showed signs of wear.
- The current condition of the treatment line required reconstruction to ensure the long-term serviceability of the facility.
ENVITES Technical Solution
We carried out a reconstruction of the treatment plant, which included:
- Removal and disposal of the old lamella structure
- Delivery of a new lamella system, designed according to the operational parameters required
- Removal of the old coating system from metallic components
- Application of certified coatings approved for contact with drinking water
- Cleaning and renovation of the concrete parts of the tank
All materials used comply with drinking water standards and were certified by accredited laboratories.
Operational Benefits
- Continued reliable operation of the sedimentation tank with minimized corrosion risk
- Restoration of functionality thanks to the new lamella system
- Investment savings compared to constructing a completely new treatment line
Key Customer Benefits
